Q: What is porcelain?
A: Porcelain is a type of clay used in ceramics and pottery. It is known for its smooth texture and its extreme durability. Porcelain consists of kaolin, quartz, and feldspar. Most plates and fine china are made with porcelain because it is nonporous and very strong. Porcelain has a translucent, matte finish and can be hand-painted.
Q: What is polymer clay?
A: Polymer clay is a synthetic, pliable clay that fires at a low temperature. It is quite durable and is available in a variety of colors. Our polymer clays have subtle shimmer once fired.
Q: What are Swarovski Crystals and Pearls?
A: The Swarovksi Company produces the highest quality synthetic crystals and pearls availalbe to consumers. The crystals are extremely brilliant and resemble diamonds. The pearls are made with numerous layers of high lustre coating on a smooth Swarovski Crystal bead.

Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Yes, absolutely! We are more than happy to work with you if you have a specific idea that you do not see in our eBoutique. You may also request specific color substitutions on any of our current designs. We do not stock custom colors here at the studio. Please allow four extra weeks for the delivery of a custom order.
Q: Can you make my tiara match my wedding color scheme?
A: In most cases, yes. If you have a particular shade(s) that you are working with, sending us a swatch of material will ensure that your tiara and/or jewelry will match. (Our studio address is available upon request.)
Q: Can I receive my order right away? A: We do expedite orders upon request. There is an additional fee for all rush orders. Please select Expedited shipping for all orders needed right away.
